Break It Down
Task Breaker
Your child types in any overwhelming task like "finish my science project" or "tidy my room" and their Tamer helps break it into small, doable steps. They can accept AI suggestions or write their own. Nothing ever has to feel impossible again.
Especially powerful for children who freeze at the start of a task. Breaking it down removes the "I don't know where to begin" paralysis.
🎯
Focus Now
One step at a time
Once steps are planned, Focus Now shows your child just one step at a time. No list, no distractions. Just the single next thing to do and a big "I did it!" button. Each step earns Reward Coins.
Designed specifically for children with ADHD. A long list causes overwhelm; one clear instruction does not.
💭
Brain Dump
Mental declutter
A private space to pour out any thought: worries, ideas, random things they remembered. Getting thoughts out of their head clears mental space for the actual work. Brain dumps can also be turned into real tasks with one tap.
When your child says "I have too many thoughts" or goes quiet before homework, this is their outlet. Resist reading it unless they invite you. It's their private space.
For bigger, longer term goals your child sets with your encouragement. "Read 10 books this year." "Learn to play a song on piano." They set the goal, explain why they want it, plan for obstacles, and track progress with tappable milestones. Their Tamer coaches them every step of the way.
Goals set by the child (not the parent) are far more likely to be pursued. Your role is to ask the questions, not provide the answers.
🏆
Achievements
Progress archive
Every task your child completes is saved here permanently. On hard days when they feel like they haven't accomplished anything, open this together. It's a visual record of effort and follow-through that grows over time.
Children with ADHD often struggle to recall their own wins. A visible archive makes past success tangible and rebuilds confidence during low moments.

Reward Coins
Weekly reward system
Coins are earned quietly all week for every step, task, and brain dump. They stay hidden until Friday. Your child doesn't know their total, keeping the reveal a genuine surprise. On Friday they bring their total to you and you decide what it's worth as a family.
You set the value of Coins, not us. A movie night, a small treat, extra screen time, or simply a proud high five. The app supports your parenting style.
